By clicking the “Agree and Create Account” button (at signup) or by using the Woys Services in any manner, you and the organization you represent (“Customer” or “You”) unconditionally consent to be bound by this Privacy Policy and all related agreements referenced by Brew Bionics LLP (“Brew Bionics”).

If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with account creation or service usage. If you continue setup, you confirm that you are authorized to bind the Customer.

If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have full authority to do so.

This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information of you and your end customers (“Personal Information”) that we may collect when you access or use the Services. It does not apply to the practices of third-party companies we do not control or individuals we do not manage.

We collect data to personalize, provide, and improve our Services, allow you to manage accounts, communicate with you, fulfill requests, and analyze usage.

Children’s Privacy: We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 13. If collected mistakenly, it will be deleted. Contact us at contact@woys.io.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If we do, we will notify you by posting updates on www.woys.io, sending an email, or other reasonable means. Continued usage after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.

(a) Information you provide: such as name, email, phone, and other details during registration, usage, or direct contact. This may also be used for service updates and promotions (opt-out available).

(b) Information automatically collected: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, usage data, cookies, and similar technologies. These help us improve the Service. Some features may not work if cookies are disabled.

(c) WhatsApp Business Data: As a WhatsApp Business Platform solution, we may collect and process data related to WhatsApp conversations, including message content, contact information, and usage patterns. This data is handled in compliance with WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta’s data processing terms.

(d) Customer Data: Information about your customers that you share with us through the Woys platform, including WhatsApp contact information, conversation history, and business interactions.

We do not sell or rent your Personal Information. However, we may share it in certain cases:

• Aggregated/Anonymized Data for analysis
• Affiliated businesses or APIs when needed
• Agents & Service providers (e.g., payment processors)
• User submissions (e.g., forum posts)
• Business transfers during mergers/acquisitions
• When required for legal compliance or protection

Accounts are password-protected. Use strong passwords, keep them confidential, and sign out on shared devices. While we employ reasonable security safeguards, no system is fully secure.

As a WhatsApp Business Platform solution, we handle data in compliance with WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta’s terms:

• We only use WhatsApp data for legitimate business communication purposes
• We do not share WhatsApp conversation data with other customers
• We implement proper opt-in mechanisms for all WhatsApp communications
• We respect all opt-out requests immediately
• We maintain data security standards required by WhatsApp
• We do not use WhatsApp data for purposes other than supporting messaging
